Ladies, primer is something we all have heard about. But how many of you actually use it? I started using primer long time back and I cannot live without it. Especially for my dry skin, primer smoothens the skin and makes it easy for me to apply any foundation over it. Primers are available in cream, gel and powder. Primers allow foundation to stay put. Biggest advantage of primers is that they seal pores, acting like a blanket over them. Even though I do not have large pores, liquid foundation can make them visible enough. You don’t have to overload on primer. A tiny drop is plenty enough. Well, I apply more than a tiny drop due to my extensive dry skin. Again it is Silicon free and Cruelty free. If you are not a fan of coconut aroma, then this isn’t your product.
Previously I was using Too Faced Primed & Poreless Face Primer. I do like it but like I mentioned before, I have an excessive dry skin and I wanted something more liquid as my makeup base. I suggest Too Faced Primed & Poreless Primer for oily skin. I love their products. I also have a Too Faced Melted Lipstick (will give a review later).
The best way to apply primer is with your fingertips. Avoid brushes!! The tube comes with a pump (added benefit) and its 40ml.
Would I recommend this? Definitely! Never apply your foundation without a primer.
